Your Kiwi phone was programmed from the onset to not roam, and to always look for a Kiwi PCS signal. However if you do plan to travel outside the Kiwi PCS coverage area and want to roam, you will need a valid credit card. Furthermore you will have to change the settings on your phone to allow Credit Card Roaming.

Now you should be ready to roam. This means your Kiwi PCS phone can now pick up the signals of other wireless providers. Once you are ready to use the phone and dial as you normally would, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to complete the call. All associated charges for the call will be billed to your credit card. Kiwi PCS has no control over the charges for these roaming calls. Keep in mind that long distance calls will also be charged to your credit card while roaming. Your normal Kiwi PCS long distance rates only apply when making calls within the Kiwi PCS coverage area. It is also your responsibility to make sure your phone is back to the Kiwi PCS mode once you are back in the Kiwi Coverage Area.
