Using Voice Mail

Here are some basic instructions to help you setup and use your Kiwi PCS voicemail. If you have any other questions, give us a call. Just dial "611" from your Kiwi phone, and you will be connected to a friendly customer service representative. You may also send us an email with your question on our Contact Us page.

Initial Setup

Dial your Kiwi telephone number.
Enter " 1234# " (factory default) PIN
Enter new 4 digit PIN number and press #
Re-enter PIN number again as directed
Record your NAME only for greeting purposes
Next, record the main greeting that callers will hear
Congratulations! Your voice mail setup is now complete

VoiceMail Speed Dial Setup

Select Your Phones Manufacturer:

Voicemail From any Phone

Dial your Kiwi phone and wait for the voice mail prompt
At the voice mail prompt press " *5 " to access your mail
Enter your ten digit Kiwi phone number (area code + seven digit number), then press " # "
When requested, enter PIN then press " # "
You are now ready to listen to your messages
