If you forget to make a payment by the due date, your service will be temporarily suspended until a payment is made along with a late fee. For up to 30 days from the suspension, your phone number is preserved. To restore service though, you will need to pay a late fee of $4 plus the monthly service charges. If you don't make a payment for two consecutive due dates, your service will be disconnected. Your phone number may be given away and if you choose to reconnect, you will be charged a reconnection fee of $20 plus the monthly service charge and you may be assigned a new number.
