You may bring it into our retail store, and our staff can try to determine if you qualify to have the phone repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. If not, we can still send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Within a few days the manufacturer will send us a quote for the repair, and we will pass this on to you. If either of the above do not work for you, then we can provide you pricing on our pre-owned handsets, as well as new handsets.
